How does your process work?
We kick things off by discussing your needs. You'll share the type of services you're looking for, your preferred seniority level, and years of experience. We'll then tailor a team to meet your company's requirements, and we'll line up interviews so you can make sure the people you hire are a good fit. Once you've selected your team member(s), you can start working immediately.
Since you have team members in India, does the time difference make working relationships more difficult?
Not at all. Our team in India works while you sleep, and we deliver completed work before your workday begins, meaning you can maximize your capacity and provide better client services. We also have a US-based manager who oversees the work and can meet with you at your convenience. Throughout the process, we prioritize communication and transparency, ensuring you are always up-to-date on the progress of your projects.
